Question: When are assessments due?

Answer: All monthly assessments and any special assessments or other lawful charges of the Association are due on the first day of each month. Please refer to Rules and Regulations for more information.

Question: Can I make an assessment payment online?

Answer: Yes. Login into the private site. Click on Pay Dues Online and follow the screen prompts.

Question: How can I get my current assessment fees?

Answer: contact management at 1-815-459-9187 extension 213. for visit the Accounting tab of your member profile.

Question: Where to place the Realtor Lockboxes?

Answer: Realtor lockboxes are to be placed only on the hook on the mailbox stand.

Question: Are signs and advertisements allowed?

Answer: All SIGNS (except signs for open house and similar events) are PROHIBITED, including For Sale, business, advertising, commercial, political, school and personal (such as family name, welcome sign, etc.). Signs for open houses and similar events may not be posted any earlier than one hour before and must be removed no later than one hour after the time for the event. Please refer to Rules and Regulations for more information.

Question: Are pets allowed?

Answer: Yes. The maximum number of pets allowed per Unit is two. Refer to the Rules and Regulations, Section VI. Pets for more information.

Question: Do vehicles need to be registered?

Answer: Yes, all vehicles must be registered with the management company. Refer to the Rules and Regulations, Section VII. Vehicles Regulations for more information.

Question: Who should be notified of intent to sell or transfer?

Answer: Upon the execution by a Unit Owner of an agreement or contract to sell or transfer the Unit, the Unit Owner must notify the MANAGER of their intent to sell or transfer. The MANAGER will provide the Unit Owner or Unit Owner's attorney with an assessment letter at the Unit Owner's expense. Refer to the Rules and Regulations for more information.

Question: Are rentals allowed?

Answer: NO. All Units must be owner occupied as of June 16,1992. Refer to the Rules and Regulations, Chapter IX, and Declarations of Covenants, paragraph 9(b) for more information.
